What we collect
When you call, we receive your phone number and whatever you tell the dispatcher, such as your name, address, and a description of the plumbing problem. Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
When you browse the site, your browser requests pages, images, and scripts from our hosting provider, and standard server logs can record the page requested, the time, and a device or browser type. We do not run advertising trackers on these pages.
How we use it
We use call details to understand the problem, quote a price, schedule a visit, and dispatch a licensed plumber to your address. We use recordings to check that calls were handled correctly and to train the people who answer them.
Who receives it
Caldwell Express Plumbing dispatches calls to plumbing professionals who perform the work. To send someone to your door, we share the details needed for that visit, including your name, phone number, address, and the problem you described, with the plumber who takes the job.
Third-party content
Several pages show a Google Maps view of our service area. When a page loads that map, Google receives a request from your browser and may handle it under its own privacy policy. If you prefer not to load it, you can use the phone number instead of the map.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about your calls, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Email contact@expressplumbercaldwellid.com from the address you want us to look up, or call (208) 679-8357 and say you have a privacy request.
Children
This website and our phone line are meant for adults who own or manage property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
