About this site
Caldwell Express Plumbing operates this website to explain plumbing services and to connect property owners in Caldwell, Idaho and nearby towns with a plumber by phone. By using the site you agree to these terms.
How service works
Everything starts with a call to (208) 679-8357. A dispatcher listens to the problem, explains the next step, and arranges a visit. You receive a clear price before work starts, and you decide whether to go ahead. Appointment times depend on the plumber's schedule and on conditions that day, and same-day visits are offered when they are available.
Information on the site
The articles and service pages are general information about plumbing. They are not a substitute for an inspection of your own pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Every home is different, and a plumber who sees your system can give advice that a web page cannot.
Prices, timelines, and code requirements change. Check the current rules with the local building authority and the agency named on the relevant page before you rely on them.
Emergencies
If there is a gas smell, a fire, flooding near electrical equipment, or any danger to people, leave the area and call 911 first. Call our line after everyone is safe.
Work performed by plumbers
The plumbers who visit your property are responsible for the work they perform. Questions about a completed job should be raised with the plumber on site and, if needed, with us at the number below so we can help resolve them.
Calls may be recorded
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Your continued participation in a call means you accept this.
Limits
We provide this website as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Caldwell Express Plumbing is not liable for losses that result from relying on general information on these pages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Idaho or federal law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
